Site Supervision and Clerk of Works Services

Based on our wide experience of construction, we are able to provide a comprehensive service to the client for buildings and marine works.  We have particular expertise within the prison estate and an the MoD estate, which both include restrictive access to sites and strict control of contractors.

We believe that we are able to work with the contractors to complete the works to the required standard and timescales and avoid adversarial confrontation.

This role has also been undertaken both in the UK and overseas.  In Bosnia / Croatia, the job also entailed mine clearance to establish a safe working area and monitoring the storage, safe installation and detonation of explosives used for demolition.
