Project Management

Safe T Marine are able to take a project from conception through to construction and handover to client.  We are able to  provide conceptual design options and support or discount options on grounds of practicality.  All design and construction activities would normally be tendered or could be negotiated with a preferred supplier (if that was required due to time constraints or for other reasons).

Throughout the process we undertake on the clients behalf, regular monitoring of progress (both physical and financial) and provide regular update reports.  We have an ethos of good communication and encourage team building with all concerned parties rather than an adversarial approach which contracts traditionally default to.  The latter is of no benefit to any party.
